I put in an order online in the app. Apparently door dash did not want to pick the order up.. (which is nothing against Pizza Hut) I would like to give a sweet shout out to the manager that took it upon herself to call me (Erica) she cancelled my order and decided to make me a fresh pizza due to the one I ordered previously being not as fresh. I really appreciated the response and her willingness to do that. I always order from here and it’s always a good experience! Thank you!!

The pizza was actually really great! The cheese bread accompanying it was also excellent. The only reason I have to give 4 out of 5 stars is due to the cookie dessert item being burnt. And it wasn't a slight burn unfortunately - it was the whole thing that was burnt, which basically rendered the item inedible. I would still recommend this place though... Maybe skip the dessert option though.

I order from the pizza hut in Easley, SC, just about once a week. However my experience from this order, had my family and I blown away!! Everything was cooked to perfection! The delivery driver was awesome beyond words! Give the entire staff from this place a raise Hell of a team. Pizza Hut 4 life!!!

I placed an order and made a mistake. I called the restaurant and they were happy to change it for me. Their food is always hot and delicious! The managers here are great! Some employees are tentative, some aren't. Either way, the pizza is good, they've been doing better with the amount of cheese and toppings on the pizzas. My order is usually ready when I arrive. It doesn't smell like pizza in the restaurant at this location. Its always cleaning supplies or old standing water smells.

We never order Pizza Hut, we have been missing out especially for this location. The girl who took our order was super friendly and easy to deal with, our pizzas were made perfect and fast. We will definitely return

Best customer service I have ever had at a pizza hut and I've been going to pizza hut's for 30 years. Staff is always welcoming and willing to help especially the blonde guy who is usually up front. We love the Detroit pizza with extra sauce and most pizza hut's say they can't do extra sauce. He did it with no questions asked. He needs a raise hands down amazing customer service.

Shoutout to this Pizza Hut. The radio station plays early 2000’s music which was awesome and nostalgic. The girl with color in her hair is super friendly and helped me with a DoorDash pizza bag. Didn’t even know this Pizza Hut was there. Hr I’ll be going back for sure!
